And the weight's dropping off!!

So, its day 14 and I am doing great. I have been out for a long walk most evenings and have even forgotten to eat one of my packs on a few days in the last week. I have still been eating three though, so I have absorbed all of my nutrients etc. I will drop down to three packs a week as of the beginning of week 3, as I don't think I really need them. If I am absolutely honest, I have had a nibble on a small chunk of cheddar, or thrown a few peanuts into my mouth, last thing at night, if I've been up late working and am starting to get the hunger pangs. The last thing I want to do just before bed is make up a diet pack to eat.


With my knowledge of keto dieting, I have managed to do this and keep my carbs down, only snacking on very limited amounts of very low carb, or carb free items.


Anyhoo, I have now lost 12 lbs in two weeks and I am over the moon. I was a definite size 20, not just creeping into, but a true resident of the size 20 clothing range. I am now back in my 18's again, and pleased as punch.


I'll keep you posted on the weight loss and I'll be posting a comparison picture at the end of week 4. Until then, 'this weeks diet is next weeks body!!'

In anticipation: Day 1 (16st 5lb)
